Modern organizations were built on a simple premise: bringing people, expertise, and decision-making together inside a company was more efficient than coordinating them through the market. As AI agents reduce the cost of accessing knowledge, coordinating work, and making decisions, leaders may need to rethink not only how work gets done, but why organizations are structured the way they are in the first place.Rather than asking how to scale AI agents, attendees will be encouraged to ask a more fundamental question: what would they design differently if they were building their organization today in a world of abundant intelligence?
