Dr. Erin Boyd serves as Chief Digital Strategy & AI Officer at AES, where she leads enterprise digital strategy, artificial intelligence, and business transformation initiatives to create the world’s first AI-native energy company. A Ph.D. economist and business executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience, Erin has led large-scale initiatives spanning technology, analytics, operations, strategy, and organizational transformation.

Her work sits at the intersection of economics, AI, and decision-making, helping organizations move beyond technology adoption to rethink how value is created, decisions are made, and enterprises are designed.
