Turning a 20M-MAU Company into Agent-Native
About this session
Everyone now has PhD-level AI — so why do most companies still work exactly the same way? I'm Kytu Lin, founder and CEO of Dcard, a 20-million-user social platform, and I think the reason is what I call the Agent Gap: the people who understand the problems best are rarely the ones allowed to build the fixes. To close it I became my own company's forward-deployed engineer — the result was 600+ internal agents built by HR, legal, finance, and sales, not just engineers. In this talk I'll walk through the three hardest problems we had to solve: making scattered company context usable by agents, governing what agents are allowed to do, and turning first wins into an adoption flywheel. If you're trying to move AI from impressive pilots to real, company-wide adoption, you'll leave with the playbook — and the story of how these lessons became the enterprise agent platform we now build for other companies.
