About Kytu
Kytu Lin is the Founder and CEO of GNTC, the company behind EntryDesk, and the founder of Dcard, one of Taiwan's largest social platforms with more than 20 million monthly active users.
After scaling Dcard over the past decade, Kytu realized that the biggest barrier to AI adoption isn't the models—it's enabling the people who know the work best to delegate it to AI. He believes AI should be delegated work, not just asked questions.
He founded GNTC to help companies become agent-native. Its flagship product, EntryDesk, enables non-technical teams to build AI teammates in plain language and connect them to the tools they already use to deliver real business outcomes.
At Ai4, Kytu will share practical lessons from transforming a 20M-MAU company into an agent-native organization—including where AI creates the greatest impact, what to automate first, and how small teams can scale by putting AI teammates to work.
