Zak Mandhro is the Founder and CEO of Lit Factory, backed by GitHub co-founder Tom Preston-Werner. Lit Factory is building the lights-on factory for human + AI work: a shared operating layer where people, apps, and agents coordinate with visibility, context, and control. The company grew out of PullFlow, a code review collaboration platform used by teams including Epic Games, Propel, and Alpaca. Zak previously led AI initiatives at Apple shipping voice assistant technology to hundreds of millions of devices, and built AI-powered products at Google that reached hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Earlier, at Deloitte, he led global collaboration and information-management work for Fortune 500 organizations.
