Dr. Yishay Falick, MD, MBA, CEO & Co-Founder Bility Dr. Falick’s is a corneal and stem cell reconstructive surgeon and physician-executive bridging clinical rigor with disruptive engineering. An MD and an MBA alumnus of the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, ranked 10th in the Global Top Ten for Alumni Entrepreneurship His leadership journey includes serving as the CEO of a public Hospital and as the Chairman of the Israeli BioChip Consortium. During his tenure as Director of HealthTech & BioConvergence technologies innovation at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), he led his team to secured the largest grant to date (113M) from the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA) to establish the national BioChip R&D center. His commitment to humanitarian impact is profound; during the COVID-19 pandemic, he led a specialized delegation of ophthalmologists to Azerbaijan, treating 150 veterans and restoring sight and function to those wounded in conflict. Currently, as the CEO of Bility, an NVIDIA Inception member, Dr. Falick leads this Physical AI startup, redefining Human aware artificial limbs & bio-robotic operating systems. By integrating surgical precision with human-aware locomotion, Bility is developing next-generation adaptive prosthetics with a direct human interface, dedicated to restoring mobility and dignity to wounded veterans and amputees worldwide.
