About Yi-Ting
Yi-Ting (Tami) Chu is a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at the Graduate Institute of Business Administration, National Chengchi University (NCCU), Taiwan, and is currently a visiting researcher at California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB), USA. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, digital marketing, and consumer psychology in technology-enabled marketing contexts. Her recent research examines how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and digital platforms, shape consumer perceptions, psychological responses, and consumption experiences. Her current work explores unmanned retail by investigating how different unmanned store formats influence consumer trust, moral self-awareness, and shopping experiences. Beyond research, Tami has teaching experience in marketing management and is interested in understanding how technological innovations can create more meaningful and human-centered consumer experiences.
