William Ho is an Executive Director and Head of the Quantitative Research and Model Review team within Risk Management at Morgan Stanley Investment Management. His team is responsible for serving as a central advisory function for model performance, overseeing models and tools governance, and shaping Generative AI governance framework, use case oversight and AI enablement initiatives. William is a member of the firm’s Generative AI governance committee, where he helps design practical governance framework that supports the responsible deployment of AI while balancing innovation, regulatory expectations and risk management. William holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Stony Brook University.
