Valeh Nabiyev is the Chief Data Officer at PASHA Holding, a leading financial and technology group in Azerbaijan. He is responsible for driving enterprise-wide data transformation across a diverse ecosystem of banks, fintechs, insurers, and digital platforms.

Valeh leads the design of federated data governance, shared platforms for data collaboration, and capability-building programs within business units. While PASHA Holding is in the early stages of AI adoption, his focus is on building the right foundations — from governance and architecture to future-ready operating models — to support responsible and scalable AI use across the group.
