Tusheet Shrivastava leads AI initiatives at Lenskart, one of the world's largest omnichannel eyewear retailers, and is the Co-Founder & CTO of GeoIQ, the location intelligence company Lenskart acquired, an alumnus of IIT Kanpur.

He has spent over a decade building AI systems at scale: predictive models in finance, large-scale recommender systems in edtech, and hyperlocal location AI at GeoIQ, which powered Lenskart's expansion from 700 to 3,000+ stores across India. Today he builds intelligent systems across the business: multimodal voice and video, text agents that assist customers online, and Saathi, an AI assistant empowering 20,000+ store staff on the ground.
