TOM FLANAGAN Chief Digital Information Officer

Responsibilities Tom Flanagan oversees all information technology and data for RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. and its affiliated companies. He leads the teams that manage the engineering, data, and technology security and compliance. Tom works closely with other members of the Executive Leadership Team to develop technology and data strategy and support company operations.

Career Tom joined the RE/MAX Holdings team in September 2025, bringing with him two decades of experience overseeing the deployment and ongoing support of real estate brokerage technology solutions. Deeply attuned to the tech strategy and innovations needed to support real estate professionals, Tom most recently served as Chief Innovation Officer for The Group, Inc. Real Estate and President of Group Financial Partners. A former syndicated technology columnist for Inman News, he also previously oversaw technology for real estate companies including Residential Properties Ltd. and Alain Pinel Realtors.

Roots Tom is a graduate of the New England Institute of Technology. His leadership and influence in the real estate industry has earned him numerous awards and recognition, including being named to the Swanepoel Power 200 (2025) and Inman News’ Real Estate Influencers list (2017), as well as earning the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s Chairman’s Service Award (2022) and President’s Service Award (2018). Tom also was also named the Overall Winner of Tech Collective’s Tech10 Awards (2013).
