Thomasina Anane, Associate Vice President of Enterprise Analytics at the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) leads the organization’s analytics portfolio to equip provider-aligned, non-profit health plans with actionable evidence-based insights that drive strong advocacy and improved market positioning. Operating at the intersection of health policy, data analytics and strategic decision-making, she oversees initiatives that translate complex data into compelling intelligence supporting member plan competitiveness and key policy priorities.

Before joining ACHP, Thomasina was a consultant with Manatt Health where she delivered quantitative and qualitative policy analysis, market research and strategic advisory services to state Medicaid agencies, payers and health care delivery systems across the nation. She also previously served at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Innovation Center (CMMI) as a health insurance specialist contributing to the design of innovative care delivery and payment models and leading special initiatives such as the Geospatial Medicare Analysis Project, drawing upon Medicare claims data integration and design thinking.
