Thierry Damiba is a member of the GTM staff at Arcade, where he works at the intersection of developer experience, agent infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy. He helps developers build AI agents that can securely take action across real applications and enterprise systems, with a particular focus on MCP, tool use, authentication, retrieval, and production reliability.

With a background in data science and vector search, Thierry has built recommendation engines, semantic caching systems, AI-powered search platforms, and evaluation frameworks for agentic systems.

Thierry regularly hosts and speaks at AI events, conferences, and workshops at venues including AWS, GitHub, Cloudflare, and AGI House. His work emphasizes practical demonstrations, clear technical communication, and building communities where developers can experiment openly with emerging technology.

Outside of work, Thierry is building DAMIBA, a fashion house inspired by West African craft and canonical literature. His interests also include art, literature, stand-up comedy, soccer, and crabbing along the San Francisco coast.
