Tali Rosenblum is a data and AI leader focused on turning intelligence into real business outcomes. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.

At New York Life, she drives the company’s AI-led analytics transformation, enabling data and AI-led product solutions with smarter decisions that improve customer experiences at enterprise scale. Tali partners across businesses and corporate stakeholders to activate data in ways that shape growth strategies, optimize performance, and embed AI into everyday decision-making.

Before joining New York Life, Tali led enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI initiatives at BSL Capital, delivering high-impact business transformation. She began her career advising financial institutions at Andersen and Deloitte, driving strategy and large-scale execution for global clients.

She has been recognized with multiple awards, including industry honors Women Worth Watching in STEM by Profiles in Diversity Journal (2024) and Global Data Power Women by CDO Magazine (2026).

Tali holds two master’s degrees, including Applied Analytics & Data Science from Columbia University. She is also a frequent industry speaker and panelist on topics including AI in the enterprise and data-driven transformation.

She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of talent, actively mentoring and sponsoring women in data and technology. She also serves on the Advisory Council of the Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation, advocating for children battling cancer and advancing leadership opportunities for young girls.
