Steve Toy is the founder of Just a Bite Better, a mobile-first behavioral health platform that uses coordinated AI agents to solve one of health tracking's most persistent problems: making nutrition data collection effortless and actionable. By orchestrating multiple specialized agents—from food recognition to conversational coaching—he has built systems that actually change behavior.

Steve also advises multiple companies on using AI, including Dinemait, an AI-first restaurant recommendation company, where he helps translate complex domain expertise into agent architectures that uniquely serve customers individually at scale.

Previously, Steve led Memrise, an AI-first language-learning platform with over 75 million users, where he integrated AI-driven personalization while guiding the company to profitability. As GM of Apalon (IAC), he scaled ARR by 2.5x to 9-figures in less than 2 years across a portfolio of 50+ mobile apps. At EY, his machine-learning initiatives reduced tax classification workflows from weeks to hours while dramatically improving accuracy. He also co-founded Beema Inc., one of the first video-messaging apps with animated avatars, admittedly a couple of decades before the market was ready.

Steve has built and led teams across Belarus, India, China, and beyond, delivering AI systems that work in the real world.
