Stephen Frein is SVP of Software Development at Fulton Bank and an adjunct professor of computer science at Villanova University. He and his team are currently applying agentic engineering and machine learning to complex, enterprise-scale software engineering and banking challenges. Before coming to Fulton, he held senior roles with Comcast, the U.S. Treasury, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
