Srinivas Jayanthi (JV) is a seasoned technology leader, entrepreneur, and author with over twenty five years of experience in driving enterprise-scale digital transformation across various industries including financial services, automotive and healthcare.

As Chief Technology Officer at Dataflix, JV is a forward-looking technology leader focused on driving AI-led transformation and enterprise data strategy. He is known for building and scaling high-performance teams that deliver impactful, business-aligned innovation. Through their proprietary AI Framework, JV partners with C-suite leaders and organizations to navigate the complexities of adopting AI, helping them initiate and accelerate their transformation journeys with clarity, structure, and measurable outcomes.

He co-founded Ivory Software Services, a middleware engineering services firm that was later acquired. His career includes prominent senior technology leadership roles at organizations such as JPMorgan Chase, Deloitte, Standard & Poors, Bottomline Technologies, and First Republic Bank. He also served as a Principal Architect at BEA Systems before it was acquired by Oracle. In addition to his leadership roles, JV is the co-author of the book, Building Next Generation Web Services, published by Wiley.
