Somya Kapoor is CEO of IFS Loops, formed when TheLoops joined IFS in 2025.

She leads the development and deployment of Digital Workers, autonomous AI agents that execute complete workflows in manufacturing, energy, utilities, and construction. Unlike AI co-pilots that suggest, or generic platforms that require assembly, Digital Workers operate autonomously within existing enterprise systems with complete governance, auditability, and integration with systems of record.

Somya has been building AI solutions since 2016, with previous leadership roles at SAP and ServiceNow. She co-founded TheLoops to solve the problem most enterprise AI initiatives fail to address: moving from pilots to production-scale deployment in mission-critical environments. Her approach is grounded in practicality: narrow use cases over transformational moonshots, hours saved over strategic value, platform buying over custom builds. This discipline has enabled IFS Loops customers to deploy Digital Workers in 4-6 weeks and achieve measurable ROI in 30-60 days—timelines unheard of in enterprise AI.

Under her leadership, customers including Kodiak Gas Services, Kitron, and Ependion are operating Digital Workers in production, delivering results that include $3M in annual ROI and 90,000+ hours returned to workforce capacity.
