Shub Agarwal is Professor of AI & Product Management at the University of Southern California, Founder of the AI Trust Lab, and author of Successful AI Product Creation (Wiley, 2025). An inventor on 10+ AI/ML patents, he brings more than two decades of experience building and deploying production AI at enterprise scale. He previously served as SVP, Head of AI Products at U.S. Bank — where he led a 40-person organization and authored the bank's first generative AI patent — and held senior AI leadership roles at FINRA, Amazon, and Conversica. At USC, he teaches graduate product management and runs project-based capstones where students ship real AI applications. He holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University, UCLA Anderson.
