About Sharahn

Sharahn McClung is a Learning Engineer at Nebius Academy, where she specializes in educational R&D for Evolve. Her work sits where pedagogy meets applied AI: creating the systems that turn a language model into a coach that can guide, assess, and adapt to each learner in real time. For over two decades, Sharahn has dedicated her career to exploring & designing how people learn. Most recently, as a curriculum developer at TripleTen, ranked by Course Report in the Top-3 online bootcamps. While at TripleTen, she designed career programs in AI machine learning, software engineering, and AI Automation. She shaped learning experiences using Dot, TripleTen's 24/7 AI assistant. She has appeared in interviews for Cybernews, the Tech Start Podcast, BBC StoryWorks, and co-created a monthly Job Market Overview for TripleTen. Before designing curriculum, Sharahn coached clients on personal brand, leadership, and communication in the entertainment, education, and tech industries. Her clients spanned nonprofits to global corporations such as HubSpot, Warner Music Group, and NYU Tandon's Veteran Futures Lab. As Director of Learning & Development at Your Career Strategy, she designed and led novel workshops, and group and 1:1 coaching for national and international clients. Sharahn is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and a certified facilitator of Dependable Strengths, with a background in performing arts and forensic speech and debate. She believes every person carries a unique and fascinating story — and that the tools we build to help people learn should honor it. That conviction is now what she engineers into Evolve’s AI Coach.
