Seth is the Chief Innovation Officer at eXp Realty with a history that includes two startup exits and a couple of technology patents. At eXp, he leads innovation initiatives focused on applying AI, automation, and other emerging technologies to drive operational efficiency, reinvent the way work happens and help real estate agents work smarter, grow their businesses. He started in the real estate industry as a broker, but spent most of his career as a startup founder in the proptech space. After acquisitions, exits, and leadership roles, he joined eXp six years ago to focus on innovation at scale. Seth lives in San Diego, CA, with his wife, 8-year-old son, and a very mischievous goldendoodle.
