About Scott

Scott Rowlandson is the founder and CEO of NetOrca (Netautomate Ltd), a self-service infrastructure orchestration platform used in production at Tier-1 financial institutions including NatWest Bank. With over 15 years of experience in network engineering, automation, and infrastructure operations, Scott has built NetOrca from a bootstrapped consultancy into a product company pioneering the use of AI agents to operate, not just monitor, enterprise infrastructure.

The NetOrca platform supports over 450 teams and has processed more than 25,000 infrastructure changes in production. Its core innovation is Pack, a universal executor that uses large language models to read API documentation, generate and execute real API calls, and self-heal when things go wrong eliminating the need for hand-coded integrations. Pack is currently in production trial at a Tier-1 UK bank.

Before founding Netautomate, Scott worked across enterprise networking and infrastructure roles in both Australia and the UK. He holds a background in network engineering and has spent the last decade focused on making infrastructure self-service and, increasingly, self-operating. He is a member of the Australia–United Kingdom Chamber of Commerce and splits his time between London and Sydney.

Scott's talk at Ai4 2026 will cover practical lessons from deploying AI agents as infrastructure operators in a regulated banking environment — including what worked, what broke, and why the industry needs to move beyond dashboards and copilots toward truly agentic operations.
