About Scott
Scott McIsaac is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Helios Core AI, where he leads the development and delivery of Mira Resolve, the company’s AI agent for IT service management and IT operations.
With more than two decades of experience in enterprise technology, managed services, cloud infrastructure, application operations, and service delivery, Scott brings a practical understanding of the challenges facing modern IT organizations. Before founding Helios Core AI, he held senior technology leadership roles at Secure-24, including Co-Chief Technology Officer, helping guide the company’s managed services, cloud, and enterprise technology strategy through its acquisition by NTT, where he went on to hold several global leadership positions.
At Helios Core AI, Scott focuses on helping organizations improve IT support and operations through Mira Resolve. The platform is designed to automate high-volume service desk activities such as user support, knowledge retrieval, incident triage, password resets, account unlocks, ticket creation, ticket updates, and workflow execution across existing enterprise systems.
Mira Resolve works across the service desk and the broader IT environment. It connects with ITSM platforms, identity systems, knowledge bases, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, and observability platforms to detect issues, correlate alerts and tickets, investigate root causes, and resolve incidents. It can support major incident response, page the appropriate teams, provide stakeholder updates, execute governed remediation runbooks, and close the loop with a complete audit trail. The result is less alert noise, faster resolution, fewer repetitive tasks, and more time for IT teams to focus on complex and strategic priorities.
Scott’s approach emphasizes practical deployment, secure integration, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement. Rather than requiring organizations to replace their existing technology, Mira Resolve is designed to run on the systems they already have and extend AI from the front-line service desk into end-to-end IT operations.
