Satvik Sabarad is an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Amazon Robotics, where he ramps up complex robotics solutions in partnership with design and contract manufacturing partners worldwide. Having experienced firsthand the multi-week delays that traditional hardware development cycles impose on program timelines, he has been working on shifting the design review process upstream in the product development lifecycle by integrating large language models directly into CAD — surfacing manufacturability, cost, and sourcing recommendations well before designs reach suppliers.

Prior to Amazon, Satvik led process development and global manufacturing ramps for Tesla's power electronics programs, supporting the launch and scaling of several of the company's flagship vehicle platforms. He holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Manufacturing and Design from MIT, and is a published researcher across multiple disciplines.
