About Samantha

Samantha Lomow is a globally recognized transformation executive, board director, and most recently EVP & Chief Commercial Officer at Tupperware, with more than 25 years of experience reinventing some of the world's most iconic consumer brands.

She is known for helping iconic legacy brands navigate periods of profound change by turning bold ideas into measurable business results, with expertise spanning consumer products, entertainment, retail, e-commerce, and direct sales.

At Tupperware, Samantha was recruited as EVP & Chief Commercial Officer to help stabilize the business, lead its commercial transformation, and guide the company through restructuring and a change in ownership. She led the evolution of the iconic brand from a legacy direct-selling model to a modern, digital-first, omni-channel business.

Previously, Samantha served as President of Global Brands and Chief Customer Officer at Foot Locker, where she drove customer-centric innovation and enterprise transformation during a pivotal shift in the global sneaker industry. During her two decades at Hasbro, she held executive leadership roles including President of Hasbro Brands and President of Branded Entertainment, helping transform the company from a traditional toy manufacturer into an IP-led, multi-platform entertainment company. She led the reinvention of major franchises such as Transformers and helped forge strategic partnerships with Disney that expanded Hasbro's global entertainment business.

Samantha also served on the board of Claire's Inc. following its restructuring and ownership transition, where she chaired the Nominating, Governance & ESG Committee and served on the Audit Committee.

Today, Samantha works with leaders and organizations navigating transformation, helping them unlock the imagination of their teams, challenge long-held assumptions, and create lasting business value in an era of constant change.
