Over the past several years, I've directed large-scale GPU cluster builds — most recently leading NVIDIA B300 procurement and allocation strategy through direct engagement with NVIDIA's NCP account team, alongside close vendor management with Various OEMs on capacity and fulfillment.

My work spans the full infrastructure stack, from negotiating vendor contracts and financing structures to designing the network architecture that ties large GPU clusters together. I also manage the commercial and regulatory complexity behind these deployments, including colocation contract structuring and cross-border service delivery.
