He brings more than 26 years of experience building and scaling high-growth technology companies, having held executive leadership roles including Chief Growth Officer, President, and Chief Commercial Officer, with expertise spanning revenue growth, large-scale deal execution, M&A, and investor relations.

Prior to Emergence, Rohit spent two decades helping shape Encora's growth journey from a seed-stage company to a global digital engineering leader - culminating in Coforge's $2.35 billion acquisition of Encora, one of the largest acquisitions ever completed by an Indian IT services company.
