About Richa
Richa Singh is Head of AI & Data at Lexington Partners, where she leads firmwide engineering initiatives across AI, data, and digital transformation. Since joining Lexington in 2024, she has built the function and global team from the ground up. Her work focuses on modernizing the firm’s technology foundation, applying AI to real business problems, and building solutions that improve how teams work and make decisions.
Richa has 17 years of experience in technology and financial services. She is also a Guest Lecturer at Columbia Business School, where she contributes to GenAI in Business courses and shares a practitioner’s perspective on how emerging technologies are being applied within enterprises.
Before joining Lexington, Richa was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking Engineering, where she led the AI Center of Excellence and data platform teams supporting Investment Banking. Earlier in her career, she spent 3 years at IBM working on enterprise technology and analytics. Over the course of her career, she has built and led teams across software engineering, AI, data platforms, architecture, analytics, and digital products.
Richa holds a master’s degree in Operations Research from Columbia University, with a focus on machine learning and data science.
