Dr. Reza Forghani is a neuroradiologist, Chief Medical Information Officer for Imaging at AdventHealth, and an internationally recognized leader in clinical artificial intelligence (AI), imaging informatics, and digital transformation. He earned his MD and PhD at McGill University, completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at McGill, and pursued fellowship training in Neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.

With extensive experience spanning clinical practice, executive leadership, operations, research, and innovation across academic and private healthcare settings, Dr. Forghani focuses on bridging clinical care, enterprise technology, and artificial intelligence to translate innovation into scalable clinical practice. He has successfully led large initiatives in imaging informatics and clinical AI adoption, and his work encompasses enterprise AI strategy, governance, workflow integration, and responsible deployment to improve clinical outcomes, operational performance, patient safety, and sustainable value creation while advancing whole-person, consumer-centered care.

Dr. Forghani is a widely invited speaker, educator, and thought leader in clinical AI. He has authored more than 150 scientific publications and serves in editorial and advisory roles that help shape the evolving field of clinical AI.
