Raz leads the integrated Network Management (iNM) programme at EUROCONTROL, the organisation managing the flow of Europe’s air traffic. iNM is a 10-year digital transformation replacing the legacy systems behind the European aviation network with a modern, cloud-first platform, including a single flight manager for both flight and flow domains.

As programme manager, Raz works at the intersection of large-scale aviation infrastructure and applied AI. His focus is less on the hype and more on the harder question: how do you responsibly bring AI into safety-critical operations, where you can’t afford to get it wrong?
