Raffaele Pascale is Director of Innovation, Solutions and Engineering at Argos Multilingual, where he leads the engineering and data teams behind the company's AI data services. His teams design and run the pipelines that feed AI systems: multilingual datasets, human annotation and preference evaluation at scale, and the quality measurement that tells you whether model output is fit for real use.

He came up through the language industry, managing translation and data projects back when nobody called it training data. Shipping that work under hard deadlines and quality thresholds left him with little patience for AI that only performs in demos, and a lasting preference for keeping humans in the loop.

He speaks at industry events on applied AI, data operations, and quality evaluation. He is Italian and lives in Marbella, on Spain's Costa del Sol.
