Pratik Jain Founder/CEO - Auvern.ai

Pratik Jain is Founder and CEO of Auvern AI, a company building the Agent Operations Plane for enterprise AI. His work focuses on helping organizations safely deploy, govern, observe, and scale AI agents across business-critical workflows.

At Auvern, Pratik is pioneering the emerging discipline of Agent Operations (AgentOps)—the infrastructure layer that enables enterprises to manage AI agents through governance, identity, memory, observability, policy enforcement, and operational controls. He believes that organizations will soon manage more AI agents than human employees and that a new category of infrastructure is required to ensure these agents operate safely, transparently, and in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

His current research and product development focus on Enterprise Agent Governance, Agent Identity, Agent Memory Systems, AI Observability, Agent FinOps, Organizational Knowledge Graphs, and Trusted Autonomous Systems. Through his work, he is helping define how enterprises transition from isolated AI experiments to production-scale AI workforces capable of augmenting human decision-making while maintaining security, accountability, and compliance.

With more than 20 years of experience leading product, engineering, cloud, and AI initiatives, Pratik has built and scaled enterprise platforms serving millions of customers and supporting highly regulated environments across banking, payments, and financial services. His experience operating at the intersection of technology innovation, risk management, and regulatory compliance provides a unique perspective on the challenges enterprises face as they move from AI pilots to enterprise-wide deployment of autonomous systems.

Pratik holds an MBA from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is pursuing graduate studies in Artificial Intelligence at The University of Texas at Austin
