Pierce Healy is the Senior Director of AI Products at Pendo, where he leads AI and agent product strategy. He previously co-founded and served as CEO of Zelta AI, a New York City-based startup acquired by Pendo in 2024, and earlier led teams of consultants and data scientists at McKinsey & Company. He has spent the last several years shipping AI features to enterprise product teams and thinking hard about what actually makes them work in production.
