About Peter
Peter Robinson is the Chief Operating Officer of Kaspar Companies, a 128 year old manufacturing organization with five business platforms and multiple subsidiaries. He is also the founder and Executive Lead of KAI Labs (Kaspar AI Labs), a high performing AI innovation team built around a simple mission: ship one production ready, value-added AI solution every week that solves real business problems or creates strategic advantage. Since launching KAI Labs in November 2025, the team has deployed more than 30 production ready solutions, demonstrating that the greatest value of AI comes from rapid execution, continuous learning, and solving problems that matter.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, Peter has led full business units, enterprise transformation initiatives, and operational excellence efforts across organizations including Amazon, United Airlines, Grainger, United Rentals, and Kaspar Companies. His expertise spans enterprise strategy, Lean systems, AI adoption, leadership development, and building scalable business systems that accelerate performance.
Peter is the architect of the Kaspar Business System (KBS), an enterprise operating system that aligns strategy, leadership, behaviors, and continuous improvement across the organization. Through KAI Labs, he combines Lean thinking with rapid AI deployment to transform AI from pilots into practical solutions embedded in daily operations, creating built in learning cycles that accelerate continuous improvement while delivering measurable business results. His leadership philosophy embraces a 10x mindset, challenging conventional thinking, accelerating innovation, and building organizations that adapt faster than the pace of change.
Peter serves on the boards of the Don G. Kaspar Foundation and Modo Academy, actively mentors emerging leaders, and is deeply involved in his church and community. A devoted Christian, husband, and father of five daughters, he lives by the philosophy “Humble, Hungry, and High Yielding,” believing that an organization’s greatest competitive advantage is people who continually learn, grow, and serve others.
