Paul F Browning, PhD is Executive Chairman at Argon Power Group and serves on the Board of Directors of Chromalloy and LIfe Cycle Power. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware, where he works with students on the future of energy systems and infrastructure.

With more than 38 years of leadership in the power generation industry, he previously served as CEO of GE Vernova Gas Power, CEO of Mitsubishi Power Americas, and CEO of Irving Oil. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles at Solar Turbines (Caterpillar).

Browning holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science from Carnegie Mellon University and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

He lives in La Jolla, California with his wife Janel, where he enjoys golf, surfing, and exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and the energy transition.
