About Nina
Nina Eisenberg, AWI-CH leads the Workplace Ethics & Investigations function at Coinbase. She oversees all internal investigations into workplace misconduct, including, but not limited to: interpersonal conflict, bullying, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, data exfiltration, disruptive or harmful speech, insider threat concerns, insider trading, and other violations of Company policy. Nina has personally conducted over 500 internal investigations and advised on a panoply of internal employment concerns. Nina also trains managers and HR on employment best practices, employee resources, and crisis management. Nina is a credentialed investigator (AWI-CH) and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. Prior to joining Coinbase, Nina worked as an employment lawyer at Perkins Coie LLP, and a litigator at Boies Schiller & Flexner.
