Muthu serves as Senior Vice President, Transformation & Analytics at MiniMed, where he leads the company's enterprise transformation, data, analytics, and AI strategy. Prior to joining the company in 2024, he served as Vice President and Chief Data Officer at Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HON), where he led the AI strategy for FORGE.AI and launched the company's first suite of generative AI applications. Previous to this, Muthu held leadership roles at TE Connectivity (TEL), Infosys (INFY), and Siemens (Xetra: SIE). Muthu earned a BA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
