Mimi Chizever is Vice President of Emerging Technology at Nationwide, where she leads the adoption and acceleration of emerging technologies across the enterprise, including Generative AI. She has been instrumental in establishing Nationwide’s enterprise AI foundation, helping scale the responsible use of AI through governance, workforce enablement, and innovation initiatives that enhance both associate productivity and customer experiences.

Prior to her current role, Mimi served as Vice President of Hosting Solutions, leading more than 600 technology professionals and overseeing Nationwide’s infrastructure technology portfolio, including hybrid cloud and modernization efforts. Throughout her 25+ year technology career, she has held leadership positions spanning software development, claims technology, infrastructure, and enterprise transformation.

Mimi is the Nationwide executive sponsor for the National Executive Women’s Forum, supporting the advancement of women in cybersecurity, information security, and technology leadership. She was recognized by Columbus Business First as a "40 Under 40" honoree for her professional achievements and community impact.

She holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kent State University, and certifications including AWS Solutions Architect, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Organizational Change Management.
