Mark H. Bloom Global Chief Information Officer Mark H. Bloom is Gallagher’s Global Chief Information Officer, responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global technology and security strategy. Since joining Gallagher in 2022, he has led the continued advancement of the company’s digital, data and AI capabilities, while driving progress across M&A technology integration, cloud modernization, global operations and cybersecurity. With more than 35 years of business and technology leadership experience, Mr. Bloom brings a broad perspective on enterprise transformation, operational resilience and innovation at scale. In 2024, he was honored with the Chicago CIO Global ORBIE Award, recognizing his excellence in technology leadership for organizations with just under $10B in annual revenue and multi-national operations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Freddie Mac. Before joining Gallagher, Mr. Bloom served as Global Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Management Board of Aegon N.V. Earlier in his career, he held several senior technology leadership roles, including Managing Director, Head of Global Consumer Technology Delivery Services at Citigroup, Inc.; Senior Vice President, Chase Home Financial Technology at JP Morgan Chase & Company; and Senior Vice President, eBusiness Solutions at CACI International. Mr. Bloom holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and an MBA in International Business from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
