His work bridges fintech innovation with the regulatory discipline required of bank-partner compliance, ensuring that technology serves both borrower experience and lender risk management.

A practitioner of applied AI in financial services, Manoj is leading LendingUSA's evolution into an AI-native enterprise. Moving beyond pilots and proofs of concept, he has deployed AI to address complex, high-stakes challenges in consumer lending and debt resolution. His recent implementations include conversational AI agents that autonomously handle sensitive servicing negotiations across SMS and chat; voice AI and real-time agent assist workflows providing 24/7 collections coverage with live transcription, sentiment scoring, and compliance guidance at scale; next-generation credit modeling using gradient-boosted decision trees with explainable AI frameworks to maintain transparency under SR 11-7 model governance standards; and cashflow-based underwriting integrating real-time bank data with predictive scoring for over 10,000 financial institutions. He is currently spearheading LendingUSA's entry into crypto-backed lending, designing AI-driven pricing intelligence, liquidation monitoring, and fraud detection systems for digital asset collateral.

Prior to LendingUSA, Manoj co-founded LendFoundry, a lending-as-a-service platform, and held senior engineering leadership roles at Canon and Infosys. He holds nine U.S. patents spanning machine learning, computer vision, and distributed architecture.
