About Lindsey
BIOGRAPHY Lindsey Rem is Barton Malow Holdings' Senior Vice President of Innovation & Project Delivery. In her current role, Lindsey leads the K-12 Education business unit and Enterprise Innovation, where she drives the organization's AI adoption and technology strategy, aligning emerging capabilities with business priorities to ensure Barton Malow stays ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
Lindsey began her more than 25-year career with Barton Malow working on projects in the field before joining the SAP Implementation team, where she learned to deploy technology effectively across the company. Her passion for leveraging technology to improve project performance led her to build a cohesive Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), innovation, and technology strategy—one she continues to evolve today by exploring how AI can strengthen project delivery and construction outcomes.
Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Letters and Society from the University of Chicago, where she was a member of the varsity soccer team. She is a recognized speaker and thought leader in the AEC space, named a 2024 Autodesk Construction Champion, an annual global award honoring 25 industry leaders driving innovation and change, and most recently a 2026 Crain's Detroit Business Notable Leader in AEC, recognized for her leadership in driving innovation and impact across the industry, from adapting to emerging markets to mentoring the next generation of professionals.
