​Dr. Laura Boykin Okalebo is a computational biologist and technology entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience in genomics and high-performance computing. She joined Nebius as Life Sciences Solutions Partner in April 2026. A Senior TED Fellow and WIRED25 honoree, Laura is known for pioneering portable DNA sequencing in Sub-Saharan Africa. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico.
