Kristen Biddulph is a technology executive with more than a decade of experience leading enterprise transformation across software engineering, product management, AI strategy, and organizational operations. Throughout her career, she has specialized in helping organizations translate strategy into execution by building scalable capabilities, modern operating models, and governance approaches that accelerate technology adoption while enabling responsible innovation. Most recently, Kristen led enterprise AI enablement, where she helped define and operationalize her enterprise's generative and agentic AI strategy. Her work established foudnational capabiltiies spanning model governance, AI platforms, evaluation frameworks, and developer enablement, creating a trusted path for teams to adopt AI at scale.

Today, Kristen serves as Technical Director of Staff Operations supporting the CTO and leadership team for Security & Infrastructure, where she focuses on organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, and enabling a product-centric, AI-enabled workforce. She is passionate about simplifying complexity, fostering high-performing teams, and helping organizations navigate transformation through the intersection of people, process, and technology.
