Kiran Brahmandam is the founder of Gaming Analytics and Managing Director, Gaming Analytics. An 18-year gaming industry veteran, Kiran built his career around one central idea: casino operators should be able to use data faster, more clearly, and more profitably.

Before founding Gaming Analytics in 2017, Kiran spent 12 years at Bally Technologies, later Scientific Games, where he led innovation and systems R&D for brick-and-mortar casino operations. Products he helped develop generated more than $1 billion in revenue.

Kiran founded Gaming Analytics after seeing a persistent gap in the casino industry. Operators had enormous amounts of data, but much of it was buried inside systems, reports, spreadsheets, and manual processes. The information existed. Access was the problem.

That insight became the foundation for Gaming Analytics: A.I.-powered tools for real-time player analytics, slot optimization, marketing automation, player development, and operational reporting.

From the beginning, Kiran believed casino teams needed more than advanced models. They needed practical tools that made daily work easier. GA’s product philosophy grew from that lesson. Before operators can use A.I. for higher-value strategy, they need reliable reporting, faster analysis, and a clearer view of the business.

Under Kiran’s leadership, Gaming Analytics grew from a small technical team into the casino industry’s leading A.I. platform.

Kiran’s leadership style shaped the company’s culture: technical, direct, practical, and close to the customer. Engineers met operators. Product decisions were informed by real casino workflows. Customer stories became the company’s strongest proof.

In 2026, Gaming Analytics was acquired by Aristocrat. Kiran now leads Gaming Analytics within Aristocrat, continuing the mission that started the company: to help casinos use data, A.I., and real-time intelligence to optimize the floor, engage players more effectively, and maximize profitability.
