Keenan Moukarzel serves as Head of AI & Data for the Consumer Bank at KeyBank, responsible for shaping and executing the AI roadmap across consumer lines of business. With a background spanning analytics, technology, and operations, he focuses on identifying high-impact AI use cases, enabling scalable platforms, and ensuring responsible adoption that delivers measurable business value. Keenan frequently collaborates with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to embed AI into day‑to‑day decisioning and customer journeys.

Prior to this role, Keenan was Head of Analytics Services & Tools at Keybank for 3 years, responsible for maintaining and procuring new analytics tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, GCP suite, SAS, etc), along with delivering high impact analytics projects across the Enterprise. He joined KeyBank from Freddie Mac in 2021, where he was a leader in the AI and analytics space for the Single Family Home Purchase division.
