Kader Sakkaria is Global Head of Data Strategy at Marsh, where he helps shape enterprise data and AI strategy across a complex global organization. He is a technology and transformation executive with experience building global data, analytics, and AI capabilities, including scaling multidisciplinary teams, modernizing data platforms, and connecting technology investments to measurable business outcomes.

Previously, Kader served as Global Head of Data Center of Excellence and Delivery at Gallagher, where he helped grow a global data organization and advance enterprise data and AI readiness. He has also served as Chief AI Officer for the State of Illinois and continues to contribute through board, academic, and civic leadership roles.

Kader is an adjunct professor, author of “Chaos by Design,” and a recognized technology leader with experience across consulting, insurance, government, and entrepreneurship. His work focuses on helping organizations move beyond isolated AI experiments by aligning strategy, governance, data foundations, operating models, talent, and adoption to create sustainable enterprise value.
