Jonas Ng currently serves as the Head of Small Business Banking at Valley Bank. He leads Small Business strategy, focused on delivering relationship-driven financial solutions that help business owners operate efficiently and scale with confidence. He focuses on enhancing Valley’s capabilities across deposits, lending, digital channels, and client engagement. Jonas is also the founder of NKGAC, an AI-consulting business providing serving AI startups. He has also launched PersonaPick.com, an AI-driven hyper-personalization engine that helps high school students find their best-fit college matches.

Jonas formerly served as the Senior Director of Business/Technology Optimization for KeyBank’s Real Estate Capital and Institutional Banking division. In this role, Jonas worked to lead line-of-business technology strategy initiatives surrounding process improvements and efficiencies, data/ reporting/ compliance, AI/Machine Learning, and digital interactions.

Before KeyBank, Jonas served as Head of Strategy and COO of KeyBank's Fintech division, where he led operations, risk, sales/servicing, and efforts to scale Fintech and AI across the enterprise. He also served as Head of Digital for KeyBank’s Commercial banking businesses and led KeyBank’s Financial Wellness and Consumer Strategy.

Jonas previously worked at Nationwide, Discover, Enova, MBNA, and seven start-ups and consulting boutiques. He has had leadership roles in Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Application Development, and Innovation.
