For the last 20 years, I have served as the managing director of Olsen Capital, a seed and late-stage investment and advisory family office. I've also started and founded, ran and sold multiple businesses in the strategy, communications, and technology services space. My latest venture, Vector, is a go-to-market consultancy that helps companies build new scalable revenue ecosystems in emerging markets, where I serve as a co-founder and CEO. Prior to Vector, I served as Global Chief Growth Officer at Monks, S4 Capital's digital services platform, where I led global growth strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and market expansion.

I'm a software engineer by trade. That's not a throwaway line. It means I don't stop at strategy. I think about systems, dependencies, and how things actually work at the execution layer. That orientation shapes everything, from how I structure a go-to-market motion to how I build the tools my team runs on.

Today, that engineering instinct is pointed squarely at AI. My view: in a services business, senior people backed by an AI operating system built around exactly how they work will outperform everyone else. Not because AI replaces judgment, but because it compounds it. At Vector, we've built that back office for ourselves, and it's central to how we deliver more, move faster, and build businesses that scale beyond the people running them.
