Jithin Pradeep is the Head of Enterprise AI & Research (EAIR) and leads the AI research and in-house Enterprise AI product development for Vanguard. In his role Jithin has been responsible in developing innovative AI capabilities through research and converting them into high impact solutions for Vanguard. He also leads partnerships with universities and business sector to guide Vanguard’s AI strategy through early identification and shaping of technology with special focus on artificial intelligence and customer experience. At Vanguard, Jithin’s leadership in AI Research and commitment to Enterprise AI product development have been pivotal in steering groundbreaking AI capabilities into impactful solutions. Jithin’s focus on Language modeling, Generative AI (LLMs & Agents), Responsible AI and Deep Learning has yielded proprietary advancements. Collaboratively EAIR, efforts have been focused on building Vanguard AI stack that powers proprietary solution such speech recognition, foundational Large/ Small language models and responsible AI frameworks solidifying Vanguard's competitive edge in the financial industry.
