Jim Siders is the CEO of Shield. Jim joined Shield after nearly 13 years at Palantir Technologies, where he began his tenure as a tech support contractor, worked in many facets of the company's global IT organization, and ended with a four year stint as CIO.

Prior to Palantir, Jim worked at arts nonprofits in the Pittsburgh, PA region and as a Genius Bar technician at Apple. A native of Champaign, IL, Jim holds degrees from the University of Illinois and Carnegie Mellon University.
